Self-Portrait Assignment

This is a self portrait done for our digital class. I got the inspiration for this shot while painting the night before. As a photographer I am always growing and changing, thus the tree.

New Sky

This is a new process that I am working on. I am trying to merge my abstract painting skills in with my photography. This is the first attempt and there will be more to come.

Building Reflection

I've started a new series of photographs walking through downtown Greensboro. I've been shooting through reflections in skyscrapers. This is shot at the entrance of a bank reflecting the building behind me.

Lumen Printing

This was an assignment for our Bio class where we took old black and white photo paper out in daylight. Then we collected plants and placed them over the paper and held them down with a piece of glass. The UV rays were filtered out in the plants leaving impressions on the paper. We were given a partner in the class and were given a digital scan of their lumen print to edit in photoshop.
